I noticed on my new 921 Elite it was more of a challenge to get stopped than my last Phoenix. I unhooked the light plug and backed up my driveway and it didn't lock up so the brakes must not even be working. Any ideas?

check to be sure there is brake fluid in the reservoir. test the solenoid. bleed the brakes.

It could be lack of fluid or a big air pocket in the brakes lines. Bleed the lines first.

I agree with checking the fluid. It's either low on fluid, has an air pocket, or the brake master cylinder went bad. My '13 was doing the same thing and my master cylinder was bad, replaced it and now they work great
Checked the fluid and its way low. So I will pick up some and fill to the appropriate level. I'm guessing they have to be bled as well??

If the brakes aren't working, and the fluid is way low, then definitly yes, bleed them.

My 2015 had a pinched plastic line inside behind the master cylinder. Brakes would lock up without the boat on trailer.
