2018 200sho only half throttle

Boat is a 2018 Basscat pantera classic. Boat was running mid low 70’s in Ga now living in Montana so I know altitude will play a role. Prop is a 25t2 that just sent off to have repaired from some rock damage. Now tried to hit the lake today and it will not even plane off. The only way I got on plane was about 1/2 throttle and pumping the hotfoot and it would surge a little and finally plane out. Once on plane all I could get was 4300rpm. Feels like the motor is half what it was. Once passed 1/2 throttle the motor is unresponsive. No change in sound or rpms.

You need to drop down to a 21-23 pitch prop at that altitude
