    Steve Kennedy

I've always admired this man for his fishing ability. After watching him the past few days I admire him even more for the way he conducts himself. He is always smiling, enjoying the moment, and projecting a very positive image of our sport. He even got a kick out of catching a big crappie when he dearly needed a bass. He is a real ambassador for the sport and a great fisherman who does it on his own terms.

It could have been his week.
The thunderstorm hurt him bad. But he scrambled and could have gone into day 3 as the leader, but we all saw the heart wrenching loss of that giant at the end of the day.
I hope he gets another opportunity.

SK is the real deal. Not one thing fake about that guy and he is the perfect example that pure fish'n instinct can't be bought and it really can't be taught either. It's just one of those rare gifts that few people possess..even a lot of those fish'n at the very top levels.

It was very impressive that he could laugh about the crappie and the catfish. Too many guys would be throwing their rods.

He’s the classiest man in a bass boat (or any other venue) fishing these days. If you knew his life behind the camera you would have the same admiration.

He is a class act. I think he is one of the few that actually realizes that he is FISHING for a living...enjoys the good and the bad!

There are 2 guys that I would like to fish with that are on the tour and have the belief that we would have the greatest time on the water.....Steve and John Cox.

I felt for him after yesterday and this morning. In the end, to his comfort, those two wouldn’t have mattered.

This dude is the real deal though. Love him
