looking for a lockout device for surge brakes

Had a short in my trailer which blew the backup light fuse. I finally got the trailer in my garage using a nut in the lockout slot on my receiver but it wasn't easy. I've got a Magic tilt trailer so I called my dealer, guess what, you can't buy what is called a "dealer lockout" anymore because of "liability issues". I've got the Magic Tilt part number PG 1090-1 so I've called e-trailer.com and two other part places...can't buy them. This is crazy. Anyone have any idea where I can get one just in case I have a problem again? Thanks

BTW, you need to be a midget sized person with size 2 hands to get at my under dash fuse panel###

Are you looking for this? Mine hangs off the front of my trailer. I keep a small bungee wrapped around the tongue and slide it over the lockout when backing my boat/trailer in the garage.

I use the same thing, hold it in place with a small magnet.

Two nickels and a piece of duck tape or a magnet to hold them in place.
