    magazine for 45 cal 1911??

    a friend has 2 magazines in 45 cal. The only marking on them is ACT-MAG on one side and 45 cal on the other. The mag's capacity is 8 rounds. Will this mag fit into any 1911 45 cal model made by the various companies that produce 1911s?

    Yes it will work in any built off the standard frame size. May not work in an officers frame but maybe it will just hang out the bottom?
