The nut on the stabilizer rod for my lowrance ghost keeps backing off. Tightened it with channel locks and still loosened up after a couple of trips.

I wrapped some electrical tape around the threads of the rod. Haven't been out to test it yet.
Yes, I have the same thing happen with mine twice now. Haven't worked at fixing it yet.
