    Power Pole Charge

    I'm having issues with the APP. It was working and when i got home over the weekend i get no unassigned products in range?
    I deleted and reinstalled the app but get the same thing. Also the system configure ,Diagnostics & pole Info/config won't are not highlighted to use?
    This old man is getting a little frustrated. I assume the charge is still configured how i set it up originally but i would sure like to get this running again..
    Help button is no use as it says to touch and hold the anchors/charge name to edit control but i don't see it on any screen?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Reset the charge, hold down the orange button for like 6 seconds to reset the bluetooth. If that doesn't work hold it down for like 12-15 seconds and reset the whole thing

    I have to reset the bluetooth connection to my charge every few times I use it. I've only had to reset to default once
