I am getting ready for a trip and just noticed bank 3 of 4 on my Dual pro is not lighting up. I put a voltage meter on the battery and see that when unplugged it is at about 13.25 ish and when I plug the charger in it goes up to 14 or a little more. To me this means it is charging and the lights are just not working. I know it will need repair or replacement but I could not get one in time. Am I correct that it is taking a charge just not lighting up? Any thoughts on repair?
