mercury 250xs analog water pressure gauge ?

I just bought this motor and it came with this kit already installedwater pressure lines.jpg 892156a01 but I am missing the barbed fitting. I have found that which is part number 859731 but I need to plug another line (the one used for the speedometer). Is there an official part out there for this, does that barb come blocked and must be cut to allow passage?
Also once I get the barb, a standard mercury 2-30psi gauge kit should work right?

I found it small little red plug part number 859732. I would delete this post but I will leave it up in case someone else needs this Info later
