    Remote Solix G3

    I have a remote AS RC1 which was working fine with my Solix G2.
    My new Solix G3 doesn’t recognise the remote.
    Is it compatible?

    I cannot get the RC-1 with dongle recognized or Bluetooth connect just the remote (RC-2).

    Neither work with the G3. I tried it both ways.

    Yea, I looked at that and just assumed it was not updated to include G3 before getting the news. I guess I have a hard time remembering things that don't seem right. Part of getting old I guess. I seem to remember everyone waiting for the rebate Remote's! Not seeming as important now. Bob

    I have at least 4 of em, some of the Rc 1 with the dongles and used em a lot but with the shitty solix Bluetooth they are pretty much useless

    I have one of each but got them for $20 each on ebay when there was a glut after the rebate ones hit the market. Maybe a good reason to keep my Gen 1 and Onix!

    Well that stinks! I'm a heavy user of the remotes on my two Solix G2s. If they ever become available, I'm replacing my Solix 15 G2 with an Apex 19. I had feared that the remote may not work with the Apex but I thought surely they would work with the Solix G3.

    As mentioned already, the remote's operation with the recent Solix SW (with the restricted Bluetooth operation) is really spotty... Can be really frustrating.
