    Buddy said were there 5:30 this morning, law everywhere made everyone turn around. Any body hear this.???

    Hi, I spoke with the officer turning folks away. He said "there was an incident last night". Launched at Holleman went by Crosspoint and there was a couple of law enforcement boats in the cove not far from the launch.

    There was a murder reported……Duke energy and the ncwrc killed the lake several years ago. The wake county law enforcement was a little late on this one

    Curious about what was going on too. Drove by the entrance road that afternoon and there was a deputy that had it blocked off. Any updates on what happened?

    I pulled up about 5:15 that morning and spoke with a deputy and he said they needed to perform a body search in that cove once it was daylight.
