    Mercury Smartcraft guage in simulation mode?

    ?Not sure what I did but went to reset the fuel consumption reading andnow the guage acts as if its in a simulation mode. With key in run postion, RPM's are all over the place and the motor isn't even started. Same with temp etc. I held donw the two buttons to reset and everything went crazy since. How do I get the monitor back to normal? Can't figure this one out. The software version is 3.04. Can't seem to find an operating manual specific to this version. Any help is appreciated!
