Can a Prop cause this issue?

So I’ll do my best to describe what is happening so bare with me it’s a bit off the wall and new to me. I’m getting used to my 2021 Phx 21’ Phoenix and every once and while as I make a slight turn at roughly 40 mph or so you will feel the back end of e boat just ‘slip out’ briefly as if the prop lost its bite or something. It’s sharp enough of a slip or shift that it actually feels like the boat rode over something (but it didn’t hit anything).

I’ve never felt this, what could cause it? Thx

I'm assuming it's a 3 blade with raised motor heights. Either lower the motor some, or get a 4 blade to keep grip.

Have you recently installed a transducer or any other device that may create air bubbles under the water.

It’s a brand new boat and yes there are two transducers (a hummingbird si mega and one garmin gt56) attached to the transom in back. Has air bubbles from such been know to do that??

If severe enough air bubbles hitting the blades can cause issues. Rarely does this happen but the possibility is there.

Do the new motors have the collar that is loose will let the motor slide left and right excessively?
