I heard today Mr Jones passed away. He was a good man. My first call to him I said I thought I wanted a self deploy trolling motor. He said, “Those only worked in the commercials.” I knew right then he wasn’t gonna sell me something just to sell me something.

Yes John was a truly honest and humble man. He got my MG Tour running again about two years ago when I was told locally there was nothing that could be done and that I should buy a new one. John did a great job and didn't try to sell me anything. I knew then I would not go anywhere else for my trolling motor and graphing needs. He was such a nice person.
