Anyone run a mercury Mirage on a bass boat?

I ran a 29p and it was just OK at best. They all have different diameters depending on the pitch.

So I got a 25 on a 175 HPDI. I turn 5600 at 64mph light. I'm happy with it. Gets good bow lift, good hole shot, and runs about 5mph faster than the 23 rapture I had when I bought the boat. I guess I'm just wondering if it's a bad idea because it's a prop for "offshore" boats or if it works don't change it.
