I’ve been eyeing this one up but haven’t been able to find much in the way of reviews or feedback. Anyone here using one of these that can comment on it?

How heavy are the heads you generally use ?
3/16 & 1/8 predominantly
You may want to opt for the longer 2 power. I suspect the 1 power to appeal more to the old schoolers like myself throwing 1/32 and max 1/16. 3/16 and 1/8 plus choice of offering (salted vs non) is a bit much for the 1 power. Just a suggestion sir.
I already have an IMX-Pro 892S JWR so looking for something a bit shorter for Ned Rigging, I’m currently using a 6’8” ML for Ned Rig but I’ve got it I’m my head now to upgrade
Understood. Looking in that same IMX price range ?

Sounds a lot like the 821S GLX walleye jig rod except that IMX is an inch longer. I have an 821S and used it quite a bit for Ned fishing and it works well. I've gone to longer rods for Ned fishing myself so don't use the 821 as much as I used to. Interestingly I see that ALFC is selling the 821S for $430 on Ebay. The 821S does have recoil guides which some people don't like. With all that being said, I don't see any reason why that IMX you're looking at won't be a fine Ned rod.
