RED LIGHT ON POLE PUMP

so last couple weeks one of the poles light is flashing red on the power up.
if i use the foot switch to lower the poles and then try to use the console switch the one that flashes red will not come up
and i have to reset all the the switchs
both poles are hooked up to a Perko switch

Swap board from working pump to non working pump see if problem solved.. if so then board is needed give power pole a call.

I was also told to check the inside fuse but it seems good
