I'm considering purchasing this 1995 Eyra but the price of $10k seems a bit high for a 26 year old boat. What do you think? https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...6575047978241/ Is it overpriced?

Boat looks sharp, and has a lot of upgrades. The Eyra is a tough model to find as only made for a few years.
I'd say 10K is well worth it. Bet it doesnt last long.
I have a 97 Eyra for reference.
The pictures look great for a 95 model. You will have a 36 year old boat that has al fiberglass covered forever. I would say get it in a hurry.
Looks like it’s sold already. Looked to be in very nice condition

It appears so. But I learned that a boat of this quality is worth more that NADA value despite it's age so I'll know for next time. Thanks for the feedback.
I had a '96 that I sold a few years ago to a buddy for $8K. It was in good condition but not as good as that one looked. The old Eyras IMO are the best 18' (well 17'11") hulls ever made. They were built to run best with a 150 (BASS max at the time) and that hull is every bit as good in rough water as a Champ 187. Light they will run mid 60's but with full gas, livewells and a tournament load and you might be able to touch 60. Way ahead of their time, first Cat to have a recessed TM tray, day box up front and a lot of storage for a boat it's size. One thing to know about them is that there is a ton of room at the console. If you're over 6' you'll love it, you might actually feel kind of far from the steering wheel if you're not that tall.eyra.jpg
I miss my ‘94 Eyra every time I see one of these come up
Are the mid 90's Eyra's a 150 hp max rating? I saw one other day with a 175 merc for sale.
