How do I disconnect this? I can’t barely fit a wrench in there and I didn’t see anything up top under the cowling to disconnect it unless I’m not seeing it.
It’s a 2013 pro xs 150 serial number 1B974339.

I figured it out guys. Just had to lift up on the black plastic collar a bit and it released the hose. I have never done this before, all part of learning I suppose. I just didn’t want to damage anything.Originally Posted by hottbodyz

Actually, you push down to release. If you're not using pitot for speed you can leave it off. I cussed that hose every time I serviced my LU, and since I use GPS for speed left it off last time I serviced water pump. I confirmed that was ok with the gurus here before doing so.

If you're not using pitot for speed you can leave it off. I cussed that hose every time I serviced my LU, and since I use GPS for speed left it off last time I serviced water pump. I confirmed that was ok with the gurus here before doing so.

Nothing and no. Pushed it back down into the opening and left it.
