If you get the 21xrd I would get a 31 max 5 st. I performs a lot better than any prop I have tried.

XRD is slightly faster. XRS has the helm moved forward a few inches compared to the XRD. I run a XRS with a 300R. If you get the prop selection figured out please let me know.

I really like the top cap of the XRS. I really like the broken lines at the front and back of the cap. Saying that I still wish they had the option of the traditional Bullet stripe down the side. It’s not that I do not like the XRS I just really like the stripe. I think the perfect Bullet for me would be a 21XRD with the top cap of the XRS. I also like the layout of the XRS.

I have an SDC (same hull as the XRS). 300R, 1.75, 14” bobs hydraulic. 30 bravo: great hole shot solo 86mph hits limiter, good hole shot with tourney load and 300 lb fishing partner 83 with wells full. Steve Bishop drove my boat and got 88.3, he suggested that I get a 32 Bravo and he believes solo it will hit low 90s. 32 is on order, I will update once I get it and test run.

Running a 29.5 max 5 st on my 21ss with a 300r 1.75 2" above pad. Loaded with around 200lbs of gear solo full of gas I've saw 88.4mph at 6120rpms. This is on a small lake and there's more left on the table.

I thought the XRS had the same hull as the XRD.

Nope, the SDC is the dual console version of the XRS.

I was under the impression it was same hull with different top cap.

I had a dealership tell me that was not true. That is not where I'm getting my next Bullet.
