    NEPVA Tourney June 5th

The PVA (Paralyzed Veterans Association) has their annual tournament this coming Saturday, June 5th. The problem is that MBN has a ProAm tournament on that same day. The end result: The PVA needs five boaters this Saturday on the Charles River, Watertown. I have been there many times and it is a great tournament. There is no entry fee and they feed you before you shove off and when you get back for the weigh in.

These guys have paid a huge price for serving this country. They really look forward to this event. If you can, in any way, be there for them, PLEASE contact NEPVA or Chip Servant at 339-227-0227 and he can give you the details.

I will be there so if anyone can go I'll see you there.

Pat, interested, but Hesitant, I have never been there, know nothing about the river. Navigation, ect. Is it tidal? I work with Veterans, this is pretty cool.

River is not tidal as it has a lock out to Boston Harbor.
10 mph speed limit on the river it is 15 miles of river to the ocean
You can literally put the trolling motor down and catch fish at the club

Nothing to worry about other than an occasional shoal but your going slow so it doesn't matter much. Nam Knights will be there to help load a non boater into your boat and you just fish what you like. I usually don't venture too far but it's always a good time and always appreciated by those that get to do some fishing.
Call Lori and she can answer any questions. You can follow us in if you want. Usually not bad getting there. Let me know.

That's kool. Sounds like a great event and for a great cause.

Sorry basscat21, I really can't help you about the tab button on the toshiba though. On my Dell, it's left of the "Q"
