Anyone know how to change the trim seal on a BF 250 LA HONDA MOTOR?….also, who to call to get professional help on getting the seal and spanner wrench …..finding a dealer in my area is near impossible.

I wonder If you could pull the trim unit and send it off to get it repaired??
I was told that the trim units on the Honda were the same ones that are on the Yamaha's. Don't know if that helps or not.
Trim seals are easy to replace I’ve done them several times on my 225 you can get an adjustable spanner I think it any hardware store also you get everything you need online
