add auto bilge pump to V175 combo

I have a 2015 Tracker Pro Guide V175 Combo and want to add an auto bilge pump. My only access to the bilge layer appears to be through a 8" hole in the splash well which seems impossible to work through. The floor planks (vinyl over wood?) are large and secured w multiple screws. If I remove screws will that allow me to lift a plank and mount a pump to a stringer?

Any luck with removing the floor? I have a 14 that I need to resecure but before I start drilling I’d like to know what’s under.
