    &$X%@$ rain

    Setting in our lake house at Stockton watching it rain. I have washed the dishes, folded clothes, and arranged tackle in the Stratos. All the hooks are sharp and the knots are retied. Batteries are charged and sandwiches are made, now waiting for the rain to stop so I can get on the water.

    Where you at in Stockton? I grew up in El Dorado and my grandparents lived in Stockton for almost 80 years. Interestingly, the Army COE bought the land for the dam and power house from my family back in the 50s. 1600 acres in the Sac River Valley.

    Our house is near Hawker point. In one of the little pockets back off the main lake.
