The CEO of Hertz is Mark Fields. he was the CEO of Ford. He didn't order any Mustang Mach Es, he ordered Teslas
100K cars or 10% of current production.

Most models are sold out till sometime next year. Demand will just get higher and higher.

They are no longer in bankruptcy. They either have the cash or will issue bonds or shares.

Times change. They paid their way out of bankruptcy and with the shortage of vehicles everyone is scrambling to find a future.

Would it be a conflict of interest if he owns TSLA shares?

I didn't see 1200 coming so soon. And to think I sold my call spreads when it hit 1000.

It's up 58% in the last month. Thinking I should take some off the table. The last time I took some off the table after a quick 30% runup or so, it kept right on going and doubled.

So did you pocket any of your gains before the "should I sell" tweet?

So the Brother of Elon Musk sold Tesla stock the day before it tanked due to Elon’s Tweet. Just a coincidence I guess…

I'm an F150 guy but SYNC sucks as an infotainment system and interface. Almost clownish compared to what else is out there.

Same with Ram's. It's terrible. Sometimes it doesn't even come on, and sometimes google just comes on and starts calling people.

I don’t know what version of SYNC you have but mine works just fine.

    A couple interesting things.

The selling that he is doing was planned back in September according to the fillings. Also, he is selling only what is required to pay the taxes on the options that he is exercising. At the end of his selling, he will actually own more shares than he does today. Not sure why he is selling the way he is. He's selling shares in odd lots throughout the day. He could sell his shares with GS or some other bank in one lot, similar to a secondary. The bank would line up buyers of the shares for a discount and it would be done in one transaction.

I'm not sure his motive for this method. I'm guessing one day we will find out.
