    Ego Power ST1521S
Come with a 2.5a battery that will last 90+ minutes of continuous running, or hours running intermittently. Carbon fiber shaft, auto load head (.095).
As powerful as any straight shaft weedeater I’ve ever owned, and all you hear is the string cutting grass. Badass all around.
I also have the Ego LB6504 blower with a 5s battery. Runs for 1-2 weeks before needing a 30-45 minute recharge. More powerful than my top of the line Stihl BH85 it replaced.
All I have left is Husqvarna backpack blower for really big, time consuming jobs, and a Stihl edger that’s for sale so I can by an Ego edger.
Best decision I ever made on lawn equipment.
Lowes and Ace Hardware carrying Ego.

so it's ok to have a battery operated weed eater over a gas one, but when it come to cars, trucks and other things we seem to get a lot of complaining, by the way I have both a battery and gas trimmers and don't mind which one I use, although the wife really likes the battery trimmer for ease of use and it's light weight
THE MORE YOU SAY THE MORE WE UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT YOU ANYWAYS

Bottom line is they haven't caught up with string trimmers yet. Baby steps before you can rock climb

I have a 24 volt kobalt and I think it does every bit as well as gas echo. I’ll never go back to a gas weed eater again

Makita 18 . Have the hedge trimmer, hand trimmer and weed whacker. Next on my wish list is a chain saw. Believe that one is a 36. Then the leaf blower.

Also have a full set of saws, grinders and drills so batteries are always in supply. Wish they did a 36 lawn mower. Would be perfect for my small yard.

When your battery power trimmer died did it leave you stranded? Or did you install charging stations in all 4 corners of your property?

No way in h3ll I'm trimming around 90 trees more than once or twice a year unless someone is paying me to do it!
