    Just a little update. Fishing is slow. The small mouth are pairing up and not wanting to bite. Have caught a few nice ones. Biggest being 4.85lb. I think only 5-6 Ober 4lbs. Still have 3 more days. We will probably bed fish the next couple days. Beautiful weather but not for fishing. The lake has been slick for 2 days.

    Water temp anywhere fron 58 main lake to 63 in so.e shallow bays.
    I am staying in south hero. I have fished savage Island. Lanpons bay, the gut. Burtons island woods Island keeler bay.

    Tons of large mouth today. Between 2 boat we caught about 50. Then caught about 20 smallmouth. Most s.allmouth we caught on beds. I have go pro video catching them on the beds should be good.

    Largemouth can stack up on the Bridge at the gut. Go fish further north one day and you will find more pre spawn fish. Main points and jetties will hold them

    You can trailer up past N Hero and put in above the inland see near Canadian Border and fish down

    There are some small boat ramps in north Hero that are out of the wind when needed.

    Fished mallets bay today. Over 40 small mouth caught 90% on beds.

    Well last day today. Caught a few more smallies on beds but mainly caught largemouth. Frog fishing!!! And swim jig. Caught about 15 right at the 4lb range.
