Jackplate hight at wide out throttle?

I have a 2019 Pheonix 921 pro xp with a 250ss Suzuki. I hit 70mph with jackplate fully up. Is it possible to get more speed if jackplate was lower?

Is it a hydraulic plate? What is your prop to pad height with it full up? What is your RPM at 70MPH and what prop?

With those numbers its showing a 4.6% slip. I would check prop to pad height with the plate as high as it can go. The engine may be mounted too low on the plate. what hole is the engine bolted to the plate?
