    2020 TRX19 Pickup

Hey everyone- just wanted to stop in and say "Hey"- I will be picking up a very lightly used 2020 TRX19 with the new Merc 4s 225 next week as long as everything checks out with my Basscat trade in (which should be no issue). I ran my Basscat for about a year and change and couldn't quite get used to the "odd" layout and narrow deck, I just never felt comfortable fishing out of it, otherwise it was an awesome, high quality boat.

Previously, I had a 2006 Ranger 519 that I loved, except for the rough water ride. Everything I have read/seen about the TRX19 says that they are fast, have an awesome fishing platform and handle rough water exceptionally for this size class. I have had my eyes on a 20TRX for a few years, but after comparing specs, etc..it seems that the differences between the 19TRX and 20TRX are not as substantial as I had originally thought.

Anyways, just wanted to stop in, I will post some pictures when I pick it up next week!

Picked it up last night! Super excited to run the boat, especially with the new 4s! My first time in the water with it will be a club tournament on Sturgeon Bay this Saturday, should be a good way to "break it in".

First time I rode in a 19 TRX was in a buddy's boat (who also bought from the boat doc) in Sturgeon Bay. It wasn't too rough but going over boat wakes and the normal 1 to 2 foot chop that place always has the ride was pretty good.

I think he gets low 70s for speed which isn't that bad considering it is a wider boat.

You are right, you don't lose much going from a 20 to a 19 and probably saved a lot of money doing so.

I used it for the first time this weekend. The 4 stroke is an absolute beast! Love the boat so far!

I just purchased the same boat and was wondering what prop is on the boat? Mine came with a 23 Fury and not sure if I should be looking for something different.

I think mine has a 23 Fury as well. I have only hit 69mph so far, so I am thinking that I may need to play with props a bit. I also haven't done a lot of running around and playing with the jackplate yet either.
