Had the same problem a while back . It went back to the factory after several failed attempts by customer service to fix it. They replaced the entire pod and sent it back.

Looks exactly like mine. They replaced the entire pod. It was a brand new unit probably 5 hours run time.
Had the same problem, HB sent me a new y cable and that fixed my problem.
So I changed the frequency to 455kHz and it worked. Switched back to MEGA and still get half of a signal.

UPDATE: So I called Humminbird tech support and we figured out it needed to be sent in for repair. Humminbird covered it even though it was over the 1 year warranty. Got it back from them in less than a week. Excellent customer service!!
