    Favorite grilled chicken seasoning?

Trying to eat better I have been grilling a bunch of chicken. What seasoning has everyone been using and liking?

Tony Chachere is still one of my favorites for just grilled chicken. Also, don’t forget about just seasoned salt and black pepper....

If I am in the mood for spice I will use Everglades Heat or Emeril's, or similar Cajun seasoning. If not then just some olive oil and fresh cracked pepper.

McCormick’s Chipotle, Smokey Applewood, or Mesquite marinade per directions. When it hits around 150 to 155, wrap it in foil, turn off the heat, and let it finish to 165. Top it with grilled bell pepper and onion (salt, pepper, and a drizzle of EVOO) done in a grill basket. Nothing extra needed.
Eat it with grilled squash, black beans, or veggies. Or grate some cheese and get some Carb balance tortillas and have fajitas.

We love Paul Prudhomme’s seasonings, we use a ton of them. I like Poultry Magic for chicken though.

Kosmos Hot Dirty Bird, Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub or Hot BBQ Rub, Hard Knox BBQ Papa Pat's Poultry and Swine, or Weber Original dry rub. This is a favorite for almost anything, although it's linked to a rib recipe it's great on everything. Scroll down for the ingredients Texas Sugarless Rub and don't let the salt fool you.
