Fold down middle seat

BCB, what is your lead time for fold down middle seats? I've heard of a possible long delay on seats.

Anyone have a fold down middle seat they want to sell if there's a long delay?

I have one of these seats to mount on a 2002 classic this weekend. How hard is it to attach? I have a bag of hardware with threaded inserts and screws. I assume it needs a pilot hole for the threaded insert then put the screws in after making sure the hinges line up and the seat flips up for access to cooler? Any tips on making it fit correctly?

I already had the hinges for the carpeted step box installed so pretty easy
