I had a 2018 Z19 for 3 years with a 200 Opti, Fortrex and Lowrance electronics. The only time it went to the shop was for a recall on the bow trim switch which could malfunction due to water intrusion. It would hit 69 mph but with a bit of chine walk. 65 was smooth. A great size boat for my garage and fishing style. I have no experience with a Z9.

Good to hear. I only concern I have with the Z9, I don't know how much abuse the boat endured. The Z19 has the new Vortex hill design.

You don't know how much abuse the 19' took either. In one week I could beat on my boat more than the last 6 years combined. There is no real tell tail. Question are they both two strokes? If so idk, I like the z9. If it's a v8 four stroke I like that more.

I had a 2010z9 with the optimax 250. I now have a 2020 z19 with the 200 pro xs4s. I really like the z19. I was worried coming from the bigger z9 it would feel small. Not at all. I like the middle large tackle storage compartment compared to the split of the z9. I upgraded to the 36 volt ultrex and love how nimble you can maneuver the z19. I fish 3 off the z19 and do fine with it. The z9 seems to have more room in the floor off the decks. Z19 does pretty good in rough water. And the hole shot is much better than my old z9.
