My girlfriend and I are doing it together, I'm down 11.5 lbs in 2 weeks

I've never tried it. I have some family members that do it, and it works, but they usually fall of the wagon and gain all their weight back. Like anything else, you have to stick to it. Congrats on the weight loss!
