I am looking for info on quality of service Gainesville Fl Bass Pro has. They will be receiving my we new Z20 pro in couple weeks.

I use the service center in Springfield, MO just down the street from the main store. I’ve been using them for 5 years. They do everything except electronics and tires for me.
