Passenger console question

I have a 2003 Ranger 185vs dual console

i know i can remove the passenger console but i would also like to put it back in for the wife.

My question is, has anyone modified the console to use those quick turn knobs like the newer nitros and other boats use?

Then no tools would be needed to unbolt or unscrew

Help Needed........I have a 2013 Nitro Z7 and took my passenger console out to have more space for tournaments and now I'm looking for the plate and screws that go in the boat like the picture DC88 posted. Does anyone know where I can find this hardware.
