    Plugs for 3 Blade Fury on Merc 4 Stroke?

    I just got my new Nitro Z21 that came with a Merc 250 4 stroke and it has a 3 blade Fury prop that has no plugs in it. The hole shot is great, haven't opened it up yet with trim up as I'm still in break-in period, only got 2 hours on it. Does anyone know the best set-up using plugs/no plugs for this particular set-up?

    Just me but if hole shot is great why mess with plugs?

    You don't use them unless it blows out on take off then you can add a few to cut back on venting

    OK, just wondering if people are getting an extra MPH or two faster by adding plug(s).

    The holes do not change top speed. They are just for hole shot.
