Call C&O and they’ll get Vickie your info and she’ll call you. She’s so busy right now she is only making calls and returning messages certain times of the day. Otherwise she’ll never get caught up.

here is a picture of mine that I just picked up. They are also on their Facebook page D1ED6D95-028C-4E5F-B9D7-14324D6B9245.jpeg

Let me share my experience with quality...

After speaking with them the end of Jan they gave me 3 options including buying the covers and having someone local install them, buying all new seats, or send them my seats and let them recover them.
I opted for the latter thinking their 5-6 week timeframe would probably be close to the amount of time the boat would be in the shop getting worked on and waiting for parts from Covid related delays.

3 months later I still don’t have my seats. I asked them to simply send them back and ship covers when they got them done. 2 weeks ago they said they had a little problem doing that as they had already taken my seats apart. During this process about 6-8 weeks ago I was told they had to close for several weeks as there had been a Covid outbreak in their facility. 3 weeks after that they were down to 2 employees. A month ago they shared that they were the ones making the seat covers for Bullet boats but they had run out of bullet logos so they could start on mine that week.

Last week I was told I was next in line. For 2-3 weeks they haven’t been answering the phones but would respond to my email. This week I sent my cc info hoping to get a ship date. No response.

Throughout this I’ve been patient, haven’t yelled, screamed or made threats. Spring fishing has about another month and then I’m done till September. I’m pretty bummed.

Thought it best y’all know the timeframe to deal with quality, or at least my timeframe. Maybe I should have been making that 1500 mile drive every other week to check on them???

I called C & O last week looking for a bow panel. They answered the phone and asked me to email a picture of the old one. I did. No response. I sent a follow up email 2 days ago asking if they had any luck finding what i needed. No response. Not a long time has gone by and I'm being patient. But it would be nice to get a response even it was just to say "I'm still working on it".

Jason, if you have any pull with Quality Manufacturing I'm needing some help to get my seats done and back to me. It's been 14 weeks and I'm getting po'd! They won't answer their phone for the last 5 weeks and since telling me I'm next in line 3 weeks ago I can't get them to reply to an email either.

Short of hiring a local attorney there or me going there myself I'm out of ideas.

    I'm open to suggestions!

no need to get attorneys involved. They’ll get you taken care of. They have had the issues that you know about with Covid, the ice storm, and losing some of their workforce. They are not telling you anything that is not true. I called them in October and put my name on the list to get my seats done. I took them my seats in early January and got them back two weeks ago. They have been completely transparent about their situation with me and from your post they have been with you as well. I say that because your post is the same information that I have for their situation. I have known them for years and have been in the boat business for 20+ years myself. Trust me when I tell you that they have you next in line. You will get your seats soon and I can tell you they will look great, I know I am pleased with mine. Sorry if I misled you about timing in my post, but based on when I dropped mine off and when you sent yours under the circumstances you should be getting notified they are complete soon. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.

I had my 1999 Triton seats redone using the original foam, and bases ! I sent them the seats in end of November, got notified end of December, they were all done ! Got them back awesome ! They added a bit more detail, which I agreed to at no more cost ! I can't say enough about the quality of the work !

The product of socialism, when folks make more to sit at home than have a job. I ordered switches a couple months ago. They said that they can't keep workers.

Unfortunately I believe you are correct.

Finally received my seats but without the hinges for the middle seat to connect backrest to butt. They said they will get them to me.

They sent me some hinges. They're 1.5" not tall enough to have the seat fold down to step on. Couldn't put the seat together. They will have to send me a different set of hinges (would have been nice to have simply returned mine that did fit) or have someone modify these to make them work. Another delay.

The seats look good but having lost use of my boat for the 3 prime months of fishing along with my lake of choice (Powell) so low that in another month it'll be difficult to go fish where I typically go...has dampened my enthusiasm greatly.

I simply could not recommend them in good conscience.
