Lake Black Shear Ga.
It does not seem any people visit the Ga state forum much.
looking for info on Lake Black Shear

I've never fished it but a guy I fish with on Seminole has parents that live on the lake. He says they always do well skipping jigs under boat docks on the south end of the lake near the dam.

North end is full of cypress trees, stumps, grass beds. Not much boat/jet ski traffic north of 280 bridge, fishing was usually better. Fishing under cypress trees in shaded areas. Stay in channel if you run north from the veterans state park under 280 bridge. Running south stay on east side as it gets shallow/stumps from the middle to the west bank. Cedar creek and Lincoln pinch use to be good areas, islands on east side just past Cedar creek have weed beds that would hold fish. They have some good maps of the lake available https://www.kfmaps.com/shop/lake-map...lackshear-309/
