Onboard charger male plug on 2012

Hello. I am new owner of a 2012 H18. I really like this little boat even though I haven't had it on the water yet. The boat has been sitting for 3 years and previous owner has passed away so I was unable to ask a lot of little questions

I need to change onboard charger and it's attached to this outlet.

Is this a standard feature on a 2012 or something previous owner installed? I have taken the screws out and disconnected wires and cannot get this thing out. It's very difficult to get to from bilge area.

Is there some other way to access this area that I am not aware of ? I used to have a Fisher and I could remove the entire floor in the back when I really needed to get in there.

Happy to be on Xpress team, I'm sure this won't be my last question

I believe there is a ring flange on the bottom that holds it to the boat that unscrews.

Thank you Arkyarcher. I was able to get my phone in there and take a photo and could see the ring, which made things a lot easier!
