Hey guys, anyone have a solution for a reel seat nut on one of my phenix recon elites just spinning? Obviously the epoxy or whatever just wore off, but with no exposed threads I can't do the Teflon tape trick... and bare minimum I'd like to get my reel off the rod!

It’s just the cover that covers the actual nut. Slide it up and put a drop of super glue should secure it. If the carbon hood cover does not slide off, use the really thin viscosity super glue so it will wick between the cover and the nut. Harry
