I placed an order on Friday of last week. I called today because I hadn't heard anything regarding shipping. They said the free $50 UPS shipping is backed up 3 to 4 weeks. I could pay $19 for next day or $11 for 2 day. Crazy times.

Its not TW thats the issue....nearly every industry in America is seeing substantial shipping delays and issues.
Im going with landbigfish more and more. Much better shipping and stock is growing too. Quite often they have 20% sale most weekends.

My understanding is that it's a California problem. They Covid restrictions in place are causing the delays. Ordering from The Hook Up Tackle (Arizona) or The Tackle Trap (Alabama) there haven't been any delays for me.
Amazon is back to 2 days for Prime.

Not true. SMKW had my order to me in 3 days just using their 3.99 first class.....Bass pro...5 days....My boka tooth paste here on time.....It's just seems to be the north east and out west that is running slow.....Wonder why?Its a liberal shithole problem

Still get Amazon Prime items in 1-2 days and have ordered from board sponsors, eBay, etc. in the last month without issue. Reeks of a TW issue.
It's interesting that they don't show any information on their new warehouse in GA. It's been mentioned that folks are getting shipments. I live in Michigan and would think they split the country in half. I'm struggling to understand the restrictions are the sole reason.
I'm thinking they are getting comfortable with the wait and know that their selection and inventory are best in class (given the circumstances) and they also know that plenty of guys will pay the expedited two-day shipping fee.
I have found other options and will give them another shot if and when the GA is listed. I was planning accordingly but it isn't worth it anymore.
My order wasn't too bad. Only 21 days for standard shipping.
