Bassnpro1 gets to pick the prize this time. Maybe if we're lucky...it can be a lure we can all purchase at The Tackle Trap...and maybe they'll be generous enough to kick in another Big Bass mystery bait!!

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on how to make picking a little smoother, we can try something different. I know not everyone can be online all night!

Maybe texting would be the way to go? Maybe PM your number to the guy above you, and he can text you his pick? That seems simple enough. Just an idea.

Not sure how to do the picking, more quickly, but I do stand by the order being reversed like you did. I mean if we did have everyone’s # in the thread, someone not paying attention could be texted.

    I'm in, obviously.

Ron, perhaps you can gather cell numbers and send out either a group text(praying it doesn't get too many texts) or text people individually if they haven't picked. Might alleviate forgetting to log in and pick.

As for the prize, I will have it announced in time.

does anyone object having a group text via telegram? It's free messaging app and is, in my opinion, better than the native apps for android and iPhone. It can be silenced or turned on and we can only use it for tournament communication.

I'm not opposed to it if that's good more the majority. Though...I really...really dislike "group" text!

If that's something that is good for others, lets do it

Ok, Here is the bait that I would like to do. I have contacted Wes England and I can get 9 "Wee baits." These are handmade balsa plugs that have a great tradition here on the Ohio River. Wes is a local builder(and legend) and for the most part, his plugs are only available here. Koby Kreiger led day 1 on Pickwick on a Wee bait. It would be cool to get these crankbaits to a different part of the country.

This would require everyone to send me the $ for one plug and I can ship the whole package to the winner of Lake Travis event. Baits are between $20-25 depending on models I pick out.

How does this sound to everyone? I have another bait in mind that can be purchased online from a BBC sponsor if there is someone who doesn't want to go this route.

If anyone is a part of Wood Bait Nation on FB, you have seen plenty of pictures of Wee baits on foil Friday.

Works for me as long as I can send the $ via Paypal. Either way, I'm "in"

Ron, I think you already have my cell # previously, but I PM'd it again just in case.

Also, i like the idea of the previous winner buying all the baits and sending them out, easy for everyone except the one guy who just won (who should be forced to do some work lol).

Cut line is 8 anglers, so we are full, correct?

I forgot the 2 that got to skip today. Brainfart moment for me.
