    Electrical Issue

    Hello All,

First tournament of the season this past weekend and of course there are issues!! Haha!! I have a 2007 ZX200. The power button worked but my nav lights, livewell and bilge pump would not work. My livewell recirc buttons worked. I checked every fuse in my fuse box and all inline fuses. I ended up filling my livewells with a bucket. I actually ended up winning both Saturday and Sunday!! I was happy my recirc worked!! LOL!

Any suggestions on getting to the bottom of this. Thanks!

Have you had any battery wiring off lately?
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

No unless they did it at the shop.

Panel could be going bad. It's common on those. Every once in a while I'll see a new one for sale on the Skeeter FB page. May have to convert it to regular switches.

Get a volt meter and start checking to see where you have voltage. Watch out for grounding issues.

You should be able to isolate the problem before you start replacing/rewiring panels.

Shop? What did the shop do?

Ok, this is what happened on mine. Moisture got into the area where my fuse holder is(drivers hatch in front of windshield). Fuses were good but got corrosion on them. It looked like they were car fuses, changed them out with marine fuses and clean the terminals as good as I could get to them. Seems to fix the problem. 2006 ZX225.

Thank you. My panel was bad. I was able to find one for a little over $200. Thanks again for your suggestions!
