I’ve used Lucas slick mist for several years, partially because I could pick it up at my local Walmart. I ran out recently and had to order some, so I got the marine formula. Other than the white bottle and the extra dollar it cost, I can’t tell a difference.

Most likely the difference is the additional $?
Download the SDS (safety data sheet) for both and you can see if there is an actual formulation difference.
