I know the stainless fenders are pretty much bullet proof but I think the boat looks so much better on the trailer with the glass fenders. So if you are really not concerned with the cost or repair factor which one would you choose ? My dealer told me some guys are installing a Caymas sea deck emblem on top of the stainless fenders, gives it a cool look and a place for you to use as a step.
I took delivery of a cx21 pro last week with the fiberglass fender option and i can tell you these fenders are so attractive that i would not hesitate to order them again if i were to purchase another new caymas boat.

After having matching fiberglass fenders for the past 14+ years I decided to get the standard metal fenders on my Caymas. I’d rather have something to stand on getting in/out of the boat. I can’t tell you how many times I almost fell getting out of one of my old boats.
