How to remove decals/stickers from hull

What is the beat way to remove decals/stickers in this case stick on registration numbers, from the hull of a Nitro?

You could try a heat gun/hair dryer. Get an edge to peel up then use the heat gun to help soften the adhesive and they should lift off fairly easily.

Plastic scraper, hairdryer initially then Goo Gone for the residue. Auto parts stores sell a rubber attachment for a drill too. It is basically a rotating eraser.

I was looking at my boat, a 2019 Z20 and my gosh, the amount of information decals on it, everything from co2 poisoning to too much weight and everything in between.

I too am thinking of getting some of them off.
