I have a 721 with 250proxs optimax. With almost nothing in the boat and one livewell full maybe 10 gallons of fuel I can get 78 @ 6130. When I add gear and another person I only get 73-74. Water pressure over 20. Any suggestions for a full load to gain speed?

There is always going to be top end lose when you load the boat down with weight . Some boats are more weight sensitive than others . When loading the boat up keep the heaviest stuff to the rear of the boat . You won’t be able to gain much back maybe 1or2 mphs
