    Primer bulb

I plugged my charger in and lifted the back hatch just to make sure the lights were on and noticed the primer bulb was flat. I thought for a second and turned my gas cap and the air pressure coming back out was pretty significant. Think of some cars when they do this. After the pressure was relieved the bulb was inflated again. I have never seen this on my boat before and thought the little plastic vent next to the fuel cap was there to not let this happen. Any ideas on why?
    Thanks in advance

Your vent hose somewhere between the tank and the cap is possibly plugged or kinked. I've heard of some with a low spot in the hose getting filled with gas or water sometimes. If not kinked, I would unhook it at the tank end and blow it out from there (not the other direction in case there's something in it you don't want going to the tank.
