Third week of April and 2 days ago it was 70 degrees. Snowing pretty hard today, glad the ground is warm enough so all the snow melts before it builds up. The forecast is for 73 degrees this Sunday and 81 Monday. Had to cover the garden to prevent frost and freeze damage.
Fished in short sleeves yesterday. Had 3 nice ones in an hour after lunch and then they just shut off
We got 3 inches on the ground up in the Topeka/Lawrence area.. it's a mess, it sucks and it's hosing the crappie spawn up royally!
